Meadows. Biotest. Olympia

Thanks for all the photos and videos, CS. This was a cool idea. I just wish I was in Vegas!
Thank you. It was a fun event. I would’ve had twice the “live” pics and Instagram videos if I’d had decent wifi and phone service. But Tim had Jeff Sygo there too, one of the best videographers and photographers out there. Stay tuned.

This helped.

Seriously, Vegas should supply people with Spike when they step off the plane. The whole city’s profits would go up. It’s my get-stuff-done juice.

Not sure if this is approved usage, but Meadows was dumping Brain Candy into his pre-load Plazma.

So Mark Dugdale just posted this on his Facebook page:

“This past weekend was a mix of emotions. Obviously the Olympia didn’t turn out as planned, but I’m extremely excited to finally announce that as of today I’ve joined the team at Biotest. Their protocol of Indigo-3G, Plazma and MAG-10 played a vital role in my recovery ability and physique improvements over the past year. It proved to be the Holy Grail of recovery and specifically what allowed me to train seven days/week and prep with zero cardio. The best is yet to come!”

Dugdale, Meadows, who else? Very excited about this!!!
I came here just now to ask if Mark was a Biotest-sponsored bodybuilder now. Exciting stuff going on here. Thanks for posting this.

At the risk of asking about something that’s uber top secret and having the J-Rod Death Squad sent after me…
Are there any cool projects Biotest has planned with Mark Dugdale now that he’s a sponsored athlete?

We like Dugdale a lot. This isn’t simply a sponsorship deal though. Mark has been using Biotest supplements for a while now, so this is a nice, honest, organic relationship. And he’s just a great guy.

And yes, we have a few projects and events in the works. Maybe a Meadows/Dugdale seminar or two? A new T Nation bootcamp where readers can attend and work with these guys? Stay tuned…

I’ve watched his vlog videos from that other supplement company he was with and Mark seems like a great, honest, humble Christian man.

Holy crap this sounds great. I am officially teased and tuned in!

Definitely a good, family guy. If you’re on Twitter you can follow him: @markdugdale.

supras are very comfortable training shoes. it looks like every single carb went to his legs in those shots haha

It’s just crazy to realize that Mark’s a 212’er. Really puts things into perspective.

How do you mean?

I’m not sure his exact height, but take a look at how much muscle a Pro actually packs onto their frame, and consider anyone at your local gym who fancies themselves “pro-size”. I meant it strictly as a compliment to Mark

Of course.

I had edited that post but it since disappeared. Good idea of what an actual lean 200 lbs looks like.

There is a lot of truth in your post here that very few understand. I am 235-240lbs at 6 feet and a semi-pro at my gym is 5’7" and 185lbs in contest shape and I feel like a stick when standing next to him

Even at 270lbs I knew I was NOT pro-size.

On a different note, Mark Dugdale should have placed a lot higher I think…

Superb conditioning, great symmetry, classic physique…

I was amazed at many of the guys that placed ahead of him.

These guys plowed through the Plazma and are now on to MAG-10. We have to ship them more Plazma for the weekend. They had about 4-5 each on leg day! And they put it all to work.

Just saw this thread.
Biotest are the biggest teasers bar none.
Now that you’ve shown MAG-10 RTD (and the ability to make Lemon flavored versions), I hope it is just a short period of time before they become available.

Here is a new video from Mark discussing his current supplementation. Hope there is no issue with me posting…
