hey hows it going? im new to T-Nation and decided to post my lifting story. Ill post some updated pics soon, I havent got the time to take pics of myself because I didn’t wanna be a total show off or admire myself like the typical myspace mirror pics. The only picture is my profile picture which was taken as a sophmore 2 years ago and was my varisty poster picture around school.
well here goes:
weight : 160 lbs
152 lb : 4 yr varisty wrestler
Bench press: 300(max)
dumbell press: 105lb dumbells (non max)
shoulder dumbell press: 80 lb dumbells sets of 6-8 reps
squat : 400 lbs (max)
arm curls: 65 lb dumbells for 12 reps
Dips: 8-12 with 90 lbs on belt
Incline dumbell press : 85 lb dumbells 6 reps
i’ve never deadlifted which is bad but i may start soon

Your numbers are impressive, especially at your weight. Videos would be really cool. I’m sure you know how a lot of people claim they did things on the internet when they really didn’t, and so videos help us figure out the trolls from the people with real accomplishments.
Your profile pic looks cool. You’ve got a very low level of bodyfat, which is good. Well done. You might want to put on some size though, because… you’re 160 lbs.
