I can’t give an answer to your question as such, but I can say that I use PowerDrive like this & I use a small fraction of a scoop. Does the job.
I can’t see more than 1 scoop being nccessary unless you did 1RMs in everything and followed it up with 2 hours of >1RM negatives!

it’s not just for my workout CNS recovery, i also past through a very though exam time period…both of them make my CNS almost burnout…that’s why i’ll consider trying Power Drive to help me recover faster.
I take 1-4 grams before breakfast and 1-4 grams 30-60 minutes before my workout on the same day. That’s it, and that’s by recommendation. Usually, though, I only take 2 grams at each period. Hope this helps.
