If you ever go to a FAME fitness model contest, I doubt you’ll have any trouble finding homosexuals. Same goes for bodybuilding shows. I’m really not surprised.

Bodybuilders do all that.
If Ronnie Coleman’s sponsorship doesn’t have N.O. Xplode drinkers squatting then I doubt Kroc, someone they’ve never heard of, will convince them otherwise.
thats the whole point of supplement marketing, they want you to believe that with their product you’ve found a shortcut or an edge so you can continue your dopey workouts but now you can make progress because youre taking their magic product now.
supplements are horseshit. i think theres some that do the trick, the basics; creatine, protein, multi-vits, even fish oil. but those concoction things with all those 4 syllable word, yeah im not buying it…literally.
when i first got into lifting like many i didnt know anything. i was doing b.s. workouts but wanted more, so i figured if i took like stuff like BSN’s vaso-dialater and all their other balogna i would look jacked, i never took their garbage but came pretty close. i mean when you their ads every other page in a muscle mag, even a men’s fitness, it starts getting into your head and want to give it a shot (marketers know this thats why they do it).
i dont think it says anything bad about Kroc though. the guy needs money, we all do and i doubt anyone who wouldnt have taken those supplements before are going to take them now just because he’s on it. its just going to be the same people. hes taking a slice of cake from one that was already made, he isnt whisking the eggs or adding the sugar.

I’m pretty sure most of the guys doing a machine circuit every day in the gym would tell you differently. Bodybuilding as it is and bodybuilding as beginners think it is are two different things. Powerlifting, on the other hand, is pretty hard to separate from the big three.
But I take your point. Matt is going to do sweet fuck-all to change want you see going on in your gym every day.
