Rope pushdowns 90x20,160x16,90x30
One arm cable extensions 40x20,20

Dumbbell Scott curls 40x20,30x20,20x20 (short rest periods)
Well I think the size gain thing is working as I am now certain I have gained some size in my arms. Not a ton but definitely noticeable. Finally turning my pipe cleaners into pipes.
This is gay as hell but I’ll admit that I measured my arms after training tonight and they stretched the tape to 19&3/4", I know not really very big compared to bodybuilding standards but I’m getting close to 20" which is one of those obscure goals I’ve had in the back of my mind for awhile. I figure if my arms are 20" cold that is at least respectable.
Admit it you have mearsured your guns too,

See, he even does all the pussy exercises and with pussy weights to boot… One would think that him being jealous of Justin Harris arms would have at least caused him to ask Justin just how he got his arms that big
no, hes not a sellout hes bringing in money. i hate when people overact so mucha bout how “hardcore” they are to the point where if anyone makes something of themselves they arent real anymore, STFU. people do the same thing with music, if their favorite underground artist gets picked up theyre like, yo hes on the radio now? what thats so lame.
like dude seriously shut the fuck up. i dont see how you can be mad that someone is prospering. like i dont get why you wouldnt want to make a living off of somethign you like doing.
cause right now you cant make a living off a meet or a strongman show.
I’m pretty sure 99% of the people on this site who saw that didn’t get the hilarity of it.
Must be nice for Matt tho, a new sponsor and a new house.
Ya i dont get it
Is he at Westside or is the Author of that Article wrong?
Guy deservs a sponsor, hes who got me into lifting
Badass fukin polak
No. He has never been there. The funny thing is the misinformation factor is quite common in most articles about strength on here.[/quote] ← not just in those.

Dave Tate and Wendler trained at wsb in Columbus at one point but train at the EFS compound now.
To qualify, I am not a powerlifter. But, what the fuck does it matter if he is being sponsored by some supplement company people have issues with? Good for him. He gets paid. If you have an issue with their product, simply do not buy it.

Powerlifters, like many other sub cultures aren’t going to like it when one of the big names starts getting a check by a company that sells low quality products at a premium, and is viewed as cheapening (and who’s main customer is seen as the chest and arms guy at the gym) our group.
The flip side reinvests of a lot of their money into the community (obviously mostly bodybuilding, but…)

People should be congratulating the guy. Sponsorship by a company outside of equipment manufacturers is a big deal. I do olympic lifting and one of the athletes I train with has a sponsorship with Nike.
Her sponsorship exists solely, because a guy knows a guy who knows a guy. I do not know all the details, but she doesn’t get a check, she is compensated in clothing and training equipment, with a dollar value of about 200 or less per year.
To get a check is a big f’ing deal. He is going to possibly bring attention to your sport increasing interest. Good for him, good for you.
Secondly, how does it cheapen the sport? You and other athletes determine the value of the sport, not some company and how much money they throw at it. If I were to gauge the value of Olympic Lifting in this country by who is investing money where… my sport by all regards would be judged valueless.
And as far as the quality of supplements goes … has stringent quality control measures and if you buy one of their products you can be assured that it has everything in it that the label claims and that is something that can not be said about a lot of the companies out there. And to be 100% honest I do truthfully take a lot of their products on a daily basis and I do believe they help me to achieve my goals. If I didn’t I wouldn’t be comfortable having my pics in their ads.
Emphasis mine.
Really? Those supps help him to acheive his goals?
I mean, obviously I don’t know otherwise. But I’m heavily skeptical of that. I thought it was genius training and test.

Test? What is that? lol
Interestingly, he actually does have a script for test, since he had testicular cancer a while back. Either way he needs a lot of protein, which the company provides him with. So I guess they do help him achieve his goals…
