Some guy was doing the incline squat machine thingy with about 8 plates per side - practically every plate in the place. There are several 100# plates there for just that purpose, but this guy is stealing plates from the bench and everywhere else. Not only that, but he’s doing some kind of circuit and only using the squat machine every 10 minutes or so.
So not quite the gem it appeared to be that first day…
Math, sorry I haven’t visited in a bit. Great work. Looks like you are back in the swing, and pull, of it.
I wasn’t expecting to see DLs in the mix. Back in the saddle. Good stuff and good luck with the weight loss.

damn Math…always loved the rep balance you have in workouts…and the volume is crazy…who needs steady state cardio? I don’t think I could get through this in a day nonetheless an hour! Nice work…time for Pint!

The last couple of workouts took close to 1.5 hours. Tonight was about 1 hour. I didn’t do Rom DL like I have been. Felt like enough as it was.
OG, Joe, and Cav - thanks for stopping by. It doesn’t really seem like THAT much volume. The weights are fairly light, although I try to do something sorta heavy on squats, deads, and bench. The power cage sucks, or I’d push the weight on OHPs a bit too.
