Mead. I hear it goes well with wenches.

that should be “goes well with wenching!”

Now THATS a wench! You know, on the front of the willys. Pull you right out of the ditch.
Actually, a winch on the front of a Willys will pull you out of a ditch. On the other hand, a wench on the front of a Willys will just get you into more trouble.

Thanks, KMC. Say, although I don’t brew meads, I could be persauded to do a honey beer…
I stayed away too long and missed the whole mead exchange. Dammit!
Nice work math! And thanks for the education on mead production…
Careful, KMC might think you said “… I could be persauded to do a honey bee…”
Back to business, when you’re doing your bike rides to salina whats your average speed?

I see what you mean, Hel. Kevin, there was an ‘r’ on there, just to be clear! I’d never do a bee; they’re just a bunch of d*mn queens!
On the bike pace, I don’t know exactly. I start off slow, and end up cranking. I think it’s about 20 to 25 mph. I’ll try to remember to write it down next time.

You sure do a fair amount of volume for guy who claims to be old and f’d up!! Ring push-ups! You are a sick, sick man…well done all around.
I’m sure glad you total the number of reps for us. It would take a long while to add all those up!
Looking good, math.

Hel: I checked, and my average pace on the bike tonight was 14.7 mph. I was way off before
OldGoat: I do more volume because I’m f’d up and can’t go very heavy! The ring pushups were at a pretty good angle, so not as difficult as if my body were parallel to the floor. They were hard enough anyway.
NotSoLittleStrick: Counting reps is just one of the many services we provide to the loyal patrons that read this log!
I can really feel the deadlifts in my knee. I might think about cutting back on sets on these.

I pulled ahead math! Do you have a target number of reps/sets?
296 reps? Not counting the reverse hypers… That is a ton of volume. It took a bit to add it all up.
Great work, math.
