Do you know of any non-commercial gyms in the Bozeman area? Or any you recommend at all?

I competed this past Saturday for the first time in the Masters 40-45 class. It was the 10th Annual Red Brick Bench Press meet in Buffalo, NY. I opened with 303lb’s, 363lb’s, and didn’t take my third lift. I am recovering from a goofball injury to my hand, burned it about a week ago cooking dinner. The palm is blisterd up pretty good, and it started tearing on my second lift.

Sorry, I do not know of any hardcore gyms in Bozeman.

You could try Access Fitness, I know they advertise over here in Missoula for their three locations, Missoula, Kalispell and Bozeman.

Good Luck to you with your search and the WABDL Montana Meet is March 23rd here in Missoula at Ruby’s Inn on N. Reserve.

It is always different training at commercial gyms when I am on the road. I feel I need to have blinders on so no to witness the ass-hattery that ensues. The good news is the hotel I am staying at has an agreement with the fitness center and all I have to do is show my key card and I get to use the facilities for free.

Great work in here.

I saw you posting in here again and was drawn back from the abyss. How goes it and what brings you down south.

I have a position with a software company out of Duluth, GA. So on occasions I do travel to our HQ. I am fortunate because 50% of the time I work out of my home, makes it very convenient to get workouts in my own gym.

How is it going with you?

February was a great month where I was able to complete several workouts, March not so much. I am going to be more determined this month and get more training days in.
