It is my own gym. Nice place to go and train, no arseholes and I can grunt as loud as I want.
Awesome job, looks almost like a commercial gym.
And you are one BIG boy.
HAHA NICE! You have all the cool toys.
Great pics.
Where you been for the last six months? Playing with your toys?
Thanks Colin, it is nice to have the toys.
kpsnap: Unfortunately I am battling some health issues and I am just barely starting to feel better.
OK, here is my rant. If you have or know of an immediate relative that has had to get frequent blood draws, please get tested for Hemochromatosis.
It is best explained in the attached links:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001368/
All I know is it sucks. Last year I had to get phlebotomies once a week for six months in order to get my iron levels down to a normal level. This meant a pint a week. There is no pill that you can take for this, just the blood draws. So you could imagine how this can affect your training. If you have a high level of fatigue and excess pain in your joints, get tested. Have your Doc look for high levels of iron.
Now that I have a good idea what is going on I am trying to get back into the swing of things.
Hopefully I can start posting my workouts again for everyones enjoyment… LOL!
Glad to hear things are going better for you James. That tire setup looks sweet.
Are the tires detachable like plates or are they fixed to the bar?
Thanks Tyler, they are detachable. I have not measured the height yet to see how close they are to an 18" deadlift. But they feel real close.
Sorry about the health issues. Love the pic. Hope you get things worked out. Take care.
Thanks Barry. Things are getting better. The last week I had one of those summer colds that justs zapps you.
Today was a very good day, and is even post worthy.
