wow. This is the first bulk or cut thread I’ve ever seen where it was a legitimate question… other than the fact that only the individual can decide what is best for themselves.
Your diet is not bad but could be improved, I would try that first at maintenance levels and see what happens. Keep it consistent and maybe less simple carbs, potatoes, pasta, etc.
You should lose some of the belly just doing that without having to make a drastic cut, than start bulking back up to 250.
Dude listen, If your goal is to be 250 then work hard eat right and get there. I also disagree with the abs statement. If you are looking to get bigger piss on your abs still work them but dont worry about them until you want to cut. I think if you cut now you will still look good. I guess its all on you. We can’t decide your goals for you. If your having a tough time gaining anymore mass then cut and see how you look. You can still build muscle mass when your lean. Think about it.
