Could someone please clarify the weekly workout break down of Dan John’s “Mass Made Simple” program? I’m not sure I’m understanding what to do each day of the week. Is he saying follow the 5/3/1 protocol over 4 days but make tweaks to the squats?
Ok so I see at the end he breaks it down. I like the idea but I can’t lift only 3 days a week. I like lifting 5-6 days a week so I’ll need to move to something else.
