I’m gonna start back up with some yoga classes again. I really liked it when I did it before
I prefer yoga at home where I can use my natural rhythm and raw emotions. Going to a well lit and happy “fruitopia” yoga studio seems so lame late 90s. Lol
And I’m “breakdancing” kinda. Its really hip mobility drills I’m bringing back from wrestling.
