Hi Friend,
What would be your favourite complex so far? (if you have one)
I’m doing the Deadlift complex a little later today - looks like a doozy!
Goodmorning jumps will be pretty cool.

Without a doubt the Deadlift one is my favorite. I LOVE how “easy” the moves get. After doing a heavy rack pull the deadlifts feel lighter and after the deadlift the cleans just about fly up effortless…well not effortless lol but a lot easier than if you did cleans by themselves.

Cool! Is there one that you dread?
How long do you think you’ll be following this approach? (6 weeks?)
I seem to hit a peak (performance wise) around the 3rd round or after - are you experiencing the same sort of thing? It’s kind of like entering a ‘zone’ if that makes sense.

If absolutely hate the overhead pattern. And that’s weird because my shoulders are my favorite and strongest muscle group. Its the speed shoulder press that kills me.
How long will I do it? 16 more weeks roughly. I will most likely have to end up doing one pattern a day when I hit 10 rounds for the sake of time and execution.
And I know exactly what you mean about that “zone.”
The first round is hardest
Second round is kinda like “ahh shit, let’s suck it up and do it”
Round 3 is domination.
4th round is a combination of 3 and 1
Round 5 is when I start the inner dialouge"cmon almost done, LIFT…ONE MORE REP"

10 rounds - yikes! If I’m having a Godly day - I might go for it that number too, but honestly I think I’ll be lucky to hit 8. But you never know?
Your description of each round is bang on with what I go through -
although I’m only doing one complex a day - lol, crap…
The OHP day is very tough - the DL day seems to own me the most.
How are you going about rest periods - fairly short?
