If absolutely hate the overhead pattern. And that’s weird because my shoulders are my favorite and strongest muscle group. Its the speed shoulder press that kills me.

How long will I do it? 16 more weeks roughly. I will most likely have to end up doing one pattern a day when I hit 10 rounds for the sake of time and execution.

Second round is kinda like “ahh shit, let’s suck it up and do it”

Round 3 is domination.

4th round is a combination of 3 and 1

Hey man I have full faith in you reaching ten rounds. Its going to take time to build up to it but you will get there. Right now,I’m not hitting six rounds but this fall will be another story…I’m gonna look back and laugh at six rounds being hard…I will wish I was doing only six rounds when I’m pushing the sled for the 13th time lol

My rest periods are very short. They are usually just enought time to load weight or take weight off…going from dl to clean…or enough time to unload my shoulder…reracking shoulder press to set up push press…then a speed walk to the prowler…I rest when I finish a round…still short though…never longer than half of a song on my mp3 player.

With the Jump Deads - are they like a low pull? Or do you just jump from the bottom position?

Fuck man, went for it, and it was more like a power shrug instead of a high pull, but I did it for 1 set. 115 and 95 for the next two sets. My traps hurt already.

Did you come up with the DTC or you find it somewhere?
