Whats the difference between back/biceps, chest/triceps…back/triceps chest/biceps as well?

Doing Triceps on Back day lets me hit the tri’s harder than if I did them on Chest day. I do not use my triceps in Back sessions so they are pretty much fresh when the time comes to train them. My biceps on the other hand are worked to a degree which means losser form/lighter weight if I were to hit them directly after Back.

Plus this KIND OF translates to me traiing biceps and triceps 4x a week 2 direct and 2 indirect
Ive had arm days in the mix when I had more frequency in the weight room. I’m only lifting 4 days now not 5 or 6.
Skipped wrestling tonight too…BUT went to an entertainment wrestling school instead with a guy who is trying to break into it. I might join him…while I love wrestling and really wanted to rep my school on the mats again this year…Ive always wanted to hold a mic and hit someone with a chair…
Ive had a decade and a half worth of wrestling,so am I really missing anything by not lacing up this season? On to other avenues…MAYBE?
