I printed out a picture of BWG and put it on the heavy bag this morning. That was conditioning
went 1 minute rounds
power strike
alternate power strike
speed strike
alternate speed strike
power knee
alternate power knee
speed knee
alternate speed knee
rest was just enough time for my partner to go…maybe 1 min 15 secs
rested another 3 or 4 after completing 4 rounds of this
then an all out combination of knees and strikes 2 mins 1 rounds
rested a bit and did the chase and strike drill for abut 3 mins for 2 rounds
lol I got hit so hard because when I was calling out the strikes and kicks I went 3 strikes in a row to a left knee and the dude was caught off huard…when I lowered the pad he went dead to my jaw…hahahahahahah
kinda one of those “desperation punches” too because he was sucking air like no other

you should be able to get tires pretty easily.
Just contact a local tractor company if the junk yard doesn’t work out!
I found a few good ones off tractors actually. Theyre being cleaned up and delivered whenever the owner guy gets around to it. Storing them is going to be another story though. I live on the top floor of my building.
I will probably leave them at my partner’s garage?
Leatherface…
we drove around the yard in an old molester van that had a cage in the back with a crazy ass dog in it…
And greg, dude. Heavy bag conditioning is nasty. But the strike pad is way more intense. Its not just standing in front of a bag…its “fight” and chase. Sprinting …standing still

those heavy bag conditioning sessions sound awesome
I randomly saw this the first time seeing Rock’s log… why on earth would there be drama in the training log section of a lifting website? I r confused.

haha, I’ll take your word for it, I just don’t understand what there is to argue about in someone’s personal thread about how they lift.
Oh and Rock… I suppose I’m supposed to give you props or something for stopping into your log… I like your avis

So where the hell did “rapeaxe” come from?
its pronounced RAPEAXE!!!
It is a greek myth about a woman who had a monster iside her vagina. Cooper and I sell a product similar to it that is used as an antirape device. This device empowers women and allows them to use their pussies and assholes as weapons in the same way men use theirs.
