There’s some other stuff in the vids as well, just a heads-up. Some met-rx promo crap no doubt.

Just a beast…

Thank you. I was hoping the “in the kitchen” section actually had some nice recipes instead of supplement jingoism. But Mariusz is impressive.

holy shit!

I nearly soiled myself laughing with his shoulder workout. After 2 sets with 6 plates, he goes “now, workout”. The guy is brutally deadpan.

I could watch that chick do kickbacks all day…

Don’t expect a lot of recipes from mariusz, he seems to bee eating a lot of chocolate and candy.

“never diet, only more train”

good example of JB’s G-flux principles?

Who wears a sparkly thong to the gym? Not that i’m complaining…

What is that shoulder workout exercise? Just a variation of pushpress? I’ve never seen that before. Looks interesting and also like you could hurt yourself easily if you didn’t do it properly.

Those are behind-the-neck jerks. Not by any means a new excersice. I read Danny John’s ‘From the Ground Up’ and he mentioned doing them when he trained as an Oly lifter years ago.

Yeah, some sort of muscle-jerk from behind the neck.

Mariusz is one strong bastard -
I wish the whole gym would stop and clap when I complete a set…

What you didn’t see is Mariusz threatening the gym patrons if they didn’t clap for him.

I keep waiting for him to turn to the camera and scream…

“Get to da chappa!!!”

I actually do them quite often–it’s much easier on the wrists than standard jerks and pushpresses. Also, I find I can use more weight because a) it’s a smoother bar path, and b)provides a better base to push from. You’re right about hurting yourself, though. There has been a couple times when, towards the end of a set, I’ve dropped the bar too fast and too high up on my back. The only damage was missing skin on the back om my neck, but still, I imagine one could really get hurt…

LOL! I would’ve cried if he did that.

I still prefer just straight leg military presses to leg+ shoulder press I feel that I get way too much momentum and power from my legs it takes away from my shoulders.

Of course I can’t argue with marius since he is a beast, but I guess its just a preference for people.

Also really liked the leg work out really good flexibility for such a big guy.

You have to realize that he competes in strongman and in most events he’s allowed to use the leg drive to complete the rep. He isn’t trying to isolate the delts, he’s trying to move as much weight as possible, plain and simple.

i love push presses and jerks and such. military press just doesn’t feel right

I thought the title said “Marzia P. workout vids.” Uhh . . . coffee. . .
