Yes , thats a smith machine.
our old music video, old materials, overweight training routines
may i ask why ur doing inclines on a smith machine? does it help more for regular bench or what?
I dont do that. And I dont use smit machine any more. That was in the old gym.
From the youtube comments:
“I spit on you and your entire family. Your mother is a hore, and you are her bastard cowardly grown son of sifilis hore. Can you bench press 350 pounds with a spotter??!! And this is over 350 on totaly fucked up bar. If I ever encounter you I shall smash your stinking face!”
Haha. What an angry guy. Fucking strong as hell, though.
That video was terrible. You need some real work on your bench/squat.

Hello everyone, I am back. video of squat, last serie with 200kg.
Remember, somewhere in Croatia Marin is warming up with 15 reps of your 1RM…
I love the comments under the videos especially “he was leaning too far back” etc. Internet warriors are nothing if not predictable.
Great job anyway, all the best getting sponsored.

Look people,Marin is potential for breaking bench-record.He is living and training under harsh/poor conditions in Croatia.
If he could find some sponsors his awesome lifts would soon sky-rocket.

I disagree- you aer better off without a sponsor and everything else. his success would be much less if he would be sorrounded by all tha BS

Pozdrav decki,
cestitke na rezultatu u Irskoj!
OK, I’ll switch to English now. I guess many people here would like to know how your weekly training routine looks like. Could you explain this a little bit more? How many times do you train the powerlifts? What is the usual set/rep scheme?
P.S. Vi trenirate u Metalcu?
Tnx

Its nice to see that we have Croatian corner here at T-Nation.
Most people on this site know some top croatian athletes, but they dont know what an athletic power this little country really is.
Why we have so many top athletes in almost every sport here in Croatia?
People world-wide should know that only 8% of Croats are involved in sports(most of those are recreational athletes) and athletic facilities and equipment are very very scarce!
But maybe because of our tough history full of wars we evolved to be somewhat stronger and tougher…
Percentage of Croats that can dunk a basketball at average height is greater than elsewhere in Europe(I played streetball in Spain,Germany,Italy,France…).
And about 10% of Croats is exteremely strong.
We are also one of the country with highest people.
I didn’t realize that T-Nation was so popular in Croatia. Does Biotest even ship there?
