This is a while ago. Was training only two days a week, 5 rep stuff. Diet was rubbish.

July 2008. Not training very much at the time but not eating very much at all.

APRIL11TH 2009 SIDE:

April 11th 2009 back:
Diet now is four 50 gram protein shakes a day and snacks plus maybe 1 full meal. Creatine now and then, egcg 625mg every morning.
Training has changed from 5 rep sets to higher rep 8- 15 reps. Still not as much training as i’d like but strive to train five times a week.
No offense but for being on this site almost 3 years it looks like you’ve hardly added any muscle mass :-/
Agreed. I see after two years that you’ve lost some fat and your pecs have added some muscle, but that’s about it. I think you could have made a lot better progress in 2 years. Four protein shakes a day? What’s the point of that if you aren’t doing something like the V-Diet for a month? Also, what is your training like specifically?
why do you guys put up pictures without flexing?
Thats useful to see changes due to fat loss. Most of the amateurs here won’;t be able to spot changes in musculature from unflexed photographs (as you can already see), hell even some of us who are experienced find it difficult - but I can vaguely see a foundation of muscle added.
There’s a reason the “front relaxed” pose in bbing involves flexing EVERY muscle group with lats flared. Take a hint.
put up some proper poses and we can tell your development better.
Note to future posters:
NO MORE UNFLEXED PICTURES UNLESS YOU’RE SHOWING US HOW MUCH FAT YOU’VE LOST!!!
- Flexed pictures in “proper” lighting if youre looking for a physique rating.
- Unless you’re very lean, bad lighting washes out all definition.
- Don;t put pictures unless you KNOW how to pose, unless you just lost a lot of fat and want to show it off.
Also it would be nice to have a proper panel to comment on poster’s physiques rather than allowing stray comments seeping in and denting the whole thing. There have been close to 10 cases in the past where we had “uneducated comments” that were taken seriously by the OP.
This is NOT professional muscle.
Nutritionally speaking there is no benefit to eating that many protein shakes. You’d be much better off with four small meals throughout the day with no snacks.
Your progress seems a little slow, its definitely time to start questioning your diet and training and to perhaps seek professional help.
noticeable changes:
-you grew a beard
-you lost a farmers-tan style sun burn
you’re gonna have to push a bunch harder in the gym if you want to see changes to your physique…

The idea is i’m finally taking it seriously in the gym and i want to record my progress. I anticipate major changes soon.
Kind of like that guy who took progress pics every month i aim to see that kind of change.
well, the 2 bodies are night and day. now get serious with food and train like you mean it if you want muscle transformation
Man the harpoons!
