Bearing in mind when i first started training i weighed a measly 126lbs now i weigh over 200lbs. I have been training on and off a long time now.

Hold on, you went from 126lbs to 200lbs to look like that? Were you even lifting weights/your ass around the house/purses off the elderly during that time?
