Making A Training App For Android

Awesome. Also if theres any way to show both long term and short term logs that would be great. For example, the weekly program and sets/reps that you see and then recored in the gym. Then this feeds into some long term log that is shown in a different section that shows training results over time(graph maybe). Not sure how the best way to do that would be. Its just nice to have both a program, and a log. Even if the log syncs somewhere else like others have mentioned.

That’s 100% doable. I actually wanted (like with my weight loss example above) to use trend analysis and make recommendations based on how you respond to training.

How about something like what this guy does in his log. Where he adds up the amount of weight for each exercise. Or even go a step further and be able to add up set numbers and rep numbers automaticallyhttp://tnation.T-Nation.com/free_online_forum/blog_sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_log/road_to_wpc_raw_worlds

I think I’d avid that. Though he seems to do it well, I think it’d be misleading to most people, since you could lower the load/increase the volume and inflate your numbers. Keep 'em coming though!

And it begins. Starting with the simplest stuff - RM/Percentage calculators etc. Trying to bypass the shitty equations though, because they give me WILDLY inaccurate answers, especially when I use a 1RM as the jump off. Like if I put that I got 500x1, it says my max is 516.66. I’m gonna have to do separate math for EVERY combination from 1-15 reps. Such tediousness. Wow.
