Dave T. I’ve taken before and after pictures. If anyones interested. I still have another week before i’m done. I will say my strength has gone way up from a 1rm of 315 to a 1rm of 340 in a little over a week. As well as my bodyweight from 173 to 183.

Just finalizing my diet, and had one more quick question for you. When I’m using the Massive Eating plans without Mag-10, I find that they overestimate my needs by about 200 calories a day. I’m wondering whether I should worry about factoring that into my Mag-10 diet. If so, should I subtract the 200 after I have done all the calculations, or before I multiply by 15% and add it to my normal total? Thanks.

Eric- I’d leave in the extra 200 cals. No big deal really and being “on” I don’t think you’ll see much, if any, fat gain. If you do, then you can always drop the 200 cals on week 2.

I had a lot of trouble eating the required number of calories on the first day. I actually had to forcefeed most of the day, and still didn’t get as much as I needed. My workout went very well. I set a PR in the bench for the recommended number of reps, and the funny thing is, I haven’t done a flat bench in about three months. I also hit back hard and did close to a PR on T-bar rows. I felt hard and pumped for a few hours after my workout (I’ve never had it last that long). And today, I’m so freakin’ sore. But I love it. I’m gonna tear it up again today. And the good thing is that my appetite is on track, and I’m having no problem eating today. I’ll do my first weigh in on Saturday or Sunday to see how well the MAG-10 is working.

Also, I have decided not to use the oral syringe, as I've had problems using it and having it measure out an accurate amount. So I bought a little measuring cup that lists milliliters. Now I can measure it out perfectly with no spilling or under/overestimating. By the way, my caps of MAG-10 also had the little punch out (possibly for syringe use).

Okay, wondering if anyone is using Mag10 in conjunction with Renegade training. I have read about some astounding results from growth surge and your own routines but am wondering how this would work with renegade, not only for mass but hopefully some killer results on work capacity.

Is everybody taking Mag-10 with the 2on/2off approach or going 6-8 weeks straight???

I’m doing 3 weeks on/4 weeks off and repeat.

I’ll be doing two on, two off. Once-a-day-training (six days a week) for the on weeks. I’ll use Tribex and M on my off weeks with the routine listed in Stage III of the Growth Surge Project. I’ll be making minor changes to the training programs each cycle to address imbalances and weaknesses.

Are most of you taking one or two servings a day? If most of the resutls i’m reading about are from just one serving, I’m stickin with that. Let me know.

JD, i am goin’ 6 wks. straight through!! gotta get buffed up for a carribean vacation next month! anyway, i asked bill about this and he said it was fine. i am planning on using M and Tribex for 4-6 wks. post cycle. i just started my MAG-10 two days ago, so i have nothing to rave about yet. i will keep everyone informed, since i seem to be one of the few that are going 6 wks. straight through.

I’ve been reading through this group’s comments with a lot of interest. I’m curious about two things:

  1. How much of these gains do you expect to maintain afterwards, and
  2. Are most of you using MAG-10 after you’ve already pretty much maxxed out your gains using good training, nutrition and sleep?

What about the Idea that on your 2 weeks off you use 35 sprays Androsol 1 x day in morning and wash off in evening?
will this efffect recovery?

Thanks guys for the encouragement and the tips on getting my colon healthy. Clobro- I’ve considered food allergies as a culprit, and I think that may very well be the case. I feel flu-like after eating grains, so I think that I cannot tolerate them at all. I also have lactose intolerance (which may be due to damage to my digestive tract from too many grains) I am going to see another doctor, (who specializes in digestive probs, and apparently is quite good) so I’ll keep you updated.

I just finished my first bottle of Mag-10. I took 1/2 a dose twice per day, so the bottle lasted a full two weeks. My starting weight was 192 and now I’m at 201 (5’10"). My only other supplements were Surge and protein powder. I’m starting Tribex and M tomorrow. I’ll start my next bottle of Mag-10 after the first of the year.
Reflections: Mag-10 TOTALLY kicks ass compared to Androsol or anything else I’ve ever taken, orals are so easy, amazing pumps, crazy strength, super quick recovery, “feels” like I gained more than 9 pounds - muscles are visibly bigger and harder, made great progress in my weak spots (tris and quads), didn’t put on much weight the last 4 days, didn’t sleep well, next time I’m going to worry more about how much I’m eating and worry less about how clean I’m eating, I worked out 2x/day but I will do 1x/day next time so I don’t get fired, was a “horn-day” the first week but returned to normal, started to like the taste of Mag-10 by the end, no hair loss, no ball shrinkage, didn’t spill a single precious drop, no “rage”.
Final Verdict – A+

if everyone who’s reported their gains could
mention whether it was on one or two doses
per day. Sometimes it can be figured out
going back to previous posts, but a lot of
times not. Obviously, that information will be
very helpful to others deciding what dose

just got 3 bottles of mag-10, excited to try, but one question:where the hell is my M? it was nowhere to be found in the box.

M. bridges: Here’s a wacky idea. Call them and ask. And I’d advise using a tone other than “Where the hell is my M”, especially since it’s just a nice freebie that they didn’t have to do. Also, did you order staight from Biotest? If you ordered from somewhere else, you don’t get free M.

I’m curious to hear from guys who trained only once a day,… twice is just impossible for some people,… I’m currently on a 4 days/weeks split,… so I was figuring I’d do 4 on, 1 off and repeat (hitting each bodypart 3x over a 2 week period).

Also,. I assume the addition of androgens will allow me to bump up the volume as well as the frequency,.... I'm currently averaging 4-6 sets for small bodyparts, and 8-9 for bigger ones. How much volume is enough without spending 2 hours in the gym?! (I'm usually toasted after a workout)

And as far as foods go,... I understand that I should favor the C+P meals instead of the F+P while on thr Mag10,.... should I just do ALL P+C?
