Coupla questions on this stuff…First, I never saw an answer to the other guy’s question about whether it’s okay or helpful to also take Vitex during the Mag-10 phase, or if we should hold off until after. Since Vitex take a while to work, I kinda thought it might be good to keep it built up in the system.
Second, I think a great idea would be to pacage M10 ith a dropper-style top, instead of having people fill the cap and swig it from there. It’s be easier, and more accurate to measure, and cleaner.
I want to know how many of you are using the MAG-10 and following the once-per-day training? Also, what kinds of gains are you making training only once a day and using MAG-10. I’m about to do the above beginning on Monday and wanted some feedback on others who are doing the same thing! Thanks!
I’m 44 been training for over thirty years. today is day 10 on Mag 10. Weight is up from 202 to 214. Little if any fat gain. working out once a day. Taking one serving of Mag 10 each afternoon. I’ve tried every supplement you can imagine over the years. Nothing works like this.
Today is day six of mag 10 . Dose once per day. training twice per day as per growth surge. I am 33 5’10 and 15% body fat. I am consuming roughly 5000 cals a day. Weighed 181.5 on day one. weigh 187.7 on day six. No CHANGE in bf. At first I was concerned about training twice a day. Thought there might be some recovery issues at my age. No Problema ! The hardest part is the eating. That is getting old. I feel full all the time.Will post after next weeks results are in.
I am about to hit the two-week deadline and it looks like I will have a bit of Mag left over. I’m pretty sure I didn’t miss any doses. Can I finish off the rest (looks like around three more days worth) and not worry about it? I have my free bottle of M (thanks, by the way) but no Tribex or other Pro-T’s. By the way–I officially compete in the 181’s now. 166lbs and still gaining. That’s 9 pounds of MUSCLE so far.
Akicita, you’ve definitely got a point
about Vitex taking a little while to work – and this is true for Tribex too. On the other
hand, it takes a little while, I’m pretty convinced, for the A1-E and 4-ED-EC levels
to drop. In any case, if you start Vitex or Tribex or both on the first day of not using MAG-10, you’ll do fine.
Eric, I’d save the extra MAG-10. The reason
for the 2 week timing is that at this point,
your pituitary is actually even more primed
to produce LH than it is normally had you not used androgens at all. But this responsiveness rapidly dives into the toilet past 14 days,
going below baseline. I’m not saying that 15 days is an utter disaster or anything, but 14 days is an especially good point to end a cycle.
Day 8 on Mag10 Bodyweight on first day was 181 lbs - today I weighed 192 lbs. I will get my PT to do a bodycomp on me next week. I always wanted to weight a lean 200lbs and with Mag10 I will finally be able to do. I took some photos of myself the day I started and will take some again fourteen days out.
Suddenly I have an urge to compete again and this time around I want to kick some ass on stage.
One side effect though and I was wondering if anyone else has noticed. I am sleeping horrible - I toss and turn all night and then I am dead tired the next day.
Everybody seems to be doing great! Awesome. I still have some strength work and a few pounds of fat to drop before I start my M10. Cool to see everybody is doing so well. Keep on keepin’ on, and make sure you post your progress… I love reading this shit! -ryan
Ok guys, I keep reading post and everyone seems to know their bf percentage. What methods are you using? I have an accumeasure caliper, but I never thought it was worth a damn personally. Maybe I’m just too damn fat, but in all honesty, no matter how hard I tried I would get three entirely different readings everytime. I noticed there’s a new digital caliper out now…anyone have any luck with it?

A couple of q’s: I have ordered 10 weeks worth of Mag 10. I would prefer to consume it all within the 12 week, 2 on 2 off cycle. Would it be best to double my dosages in the beginning, middle or end of the 2 week cycle? Next question. Lately I have ben suffering from irritable bowel syndrome quite a bit. I have very bad constipation, diarreah and gas. I think it would be wise to recover from this before I start Mag 10, as eating THAT much food would, no doubt, be very taxing on my digestive system and would yield submaximal results. What would be an effective method of getting my bowels healthy (my doc just told me to eat more fiber–which I always do) Are there any supps put there to help me overcome this problem? Would “cleansing” teas and supps help? Thanks guys, and I hope that everyone does kickass on this supp.
I haven’t tried it, but a supplement that looks kind of promising in this regard is HDT’s Fiber-Psyll. Netrition.net carries it. It’s a low calorie fiber supplement that might actually have a decent taste to it, so you might want to check it out.
I’ll be reviewing Fiber-Psyll for “Stuff We Like” in the future. Taste is okay, sort of like a thicker lemon lime Gator-Aid. Has a lot of carbs though, 14g per serving. No big deal, but most BB’s use a fiber product when on a low carb diet. (The carbs come from maltodextrin, much like Metamucil, which has around 5g of carbs per serving.) I think Flax-O-Meal is the best fiber source out there. You can get that at Netrition too. Has a little soy in it though.
The label at Netrition says 12 of the 14g carbs are fiber, and that there’s only 25 calories per 1.5 tsp serving. Sounds like a either a hoax or a dramatic scientific discovery to me; I’ve never seen such a high fiber to total calories ratio in any fiber supplement before. Not my problem, though-all my systems are go…

till the next cycle. It will keep fine.

is anybody downing a shake in the middle of the night. i havent started using mag 10 yet, but i plan on doing this when i start. for anyone who is, what do you put in it? my nighttime shakes usually contain adv protein + flax, but would it be better to add some sort of carbs in there even though its in the middle of the night? also, how much sleep are you guys getting a night?
