Androst-1-ene can’t convert to estrogen (or not in any quantity remotely significant) because it doesn’t have a double bond in the 4 position.

A second dose of Androsol in the evening would probably not add anything significant to a single dose of MAG-10 in the morning, but I don’t want to state that as an absolute fact. Possibly there would be a small difference that could be worthwhile to you (or also possibly nothing noticeable at all – not sure yet.)

Yes, calcium d-glucarate could slow excretion of some other drugs as well as estrogen.

The structural question is an interesting one that I’ll have to answer tomorrow – I’m not at a place now where I can look at the structures and I have them only imprecisely in my head.

 I don't know if it was from the Mag-10 or not, but on day 3, my back broke out like crazy.  Oh well, more stridex I guess.

My weight today is 197lbs.

So far so good… I started on last Tuesday. So far I’ve gone from 192 to 196. My workouts have felt great, huge pump and have set several personal bests. Kudos to Bill!

Glad to get the word about loading… I will take a second dose tonight. I am really gonna be busting the bank with my MRP’s trying to get my calories and protein levels up this next couple weeks.

So far so good; scale says +6lbs since I started MAG-10 last Wednesday. Some of the new mass is probably water, maybe a little is fat… but I think mostly beef :slight_smile: – guess I’ll find out tomorrow (caliper day)…

 After five days of Mag-10, I am up three pounds from 175 to 178, and I am starting to feel fuller and more pumped.  It does seem to give me some energy soon after I take it. 

Just got my Mag-10 yesterday and am going to start next monday. I know i have to bump my carb intake way up. Is the timing of when you consume them important as i suspect it is or should you just make sure your getting an adequate amount no matter what time you take them in.

I’m on day 5. My arms have gone up a little more than a quarter of an inch from 16 3/4 to 17 1/16. My weight is up from 192 to 194.
My back has broken out a little and sex drive is way up.
The pump I have never seems to leave me and especially gets intense when I go to bed.
I’m eating 4900 to 5000 cals a day with no problem (christ help me if I’m an hour late).
No apparent fat gain yet.

I’m also doing surge twice a day as recommended.

I’m keeping perfect records of everything so I’ll keep you informed.

At 177 pounds, I figure one cap Mag-10 in the morning and one cap at night would be an effective dosing protocol. Any comments from those in the know??
It’s Tuesday the 4th… starting Day 1.

I’m on Day 6 and my weight is up to 210 from a starting weight of 205. No question that this is lean mass as BF measurements remain static and my shirts are getting tighter by the day. Additionally, my libido is raging. I’m more then jazzed about this product so far, but I will reserve final comments subsequent to ending my two week cycle.

Hey fellas-to all of you who are already on your first Mag-10 cycles, how about tossing out some sample daily meal plans for those of us who will be starting Growth Surge Stage II soon. I’d be interested to see how you’re integrated the Massive Eating principles into your schedules. Keep up the good work!

Eric, I am going to do a 35%pro 45%carb and 20% fat. I weigh 185 right now at 8% BF. I will be starting Monday. 5000 calories a day is my plan. I am 23 and have not touched the juice since I was 20. I got up to 220 lbs of Test and Deca and cant wait to feel the blood really pumping again w/Mag. The goal is 25 lbs in 12 weeks, Im very confident I can achieve that. Why are you waiting till midmonth? To all the guys putting on weight keep up the great work, and keep us posted. By the way, how many fat plus pro meals are yall eating, and when? The sample meals are a good idea if you guys could post a couple.

I’m waiting until mid-month for two reasons. 1) I’m a junior in college, and my semester ends on the 21st. I have finals that week, too. Since I want to do the double sessions, I figured that I could best focus on them over X-Mas break. 2) I wasn’t sure when Mag-10 would be arriving, so I planned my periodization so that my final strength phase would go midway through December. I was definitely overdue for some strength work, as I had gotten caught up in training for size only. I didn’t want to shortchange myself, plus I figured Mag-10 would be even better if I was pushing heavier weights. Growth Surge stage 1 will only last a week, but I’ll be ready for stage 2. Right now, I’m getting the diet ready ahead of time. As it stands, I’m looking at P&C at 7AM, P&F at 9AM (protein shake and fish oil caps only), train 10-11 or so, postworkout P&C at 11AM, P&C at 12PM, P&F at 215PM, P&F at 415, train again 530-630, postworkout P&C at 630PM, P&F (this is the one I’m not sure about) at 730PM, and P&F at 930PM. What do you think? It works out to about 44% protein, 37% carbs, and 19% fat. I know I need to work in more carbs, but should I do it by adding to my P&C meals, or just change one P&F to P&C? I don’t start until Saturday, but for doses of Mag-10 I was gonna use a sort of syringe (no there isn’t a needle) you use to give kids or animals medicine but it is in CC’s, does anyone know how many ml are in a CC, I don’t have a clue. For those of you that have started Mag-10 is the 1.5 capfuls a problem as far as spilling and shit, this stuff is too expensive to risk messing up.

From what I have read, you should take MAG10 pre-workout. Should it be taken 1 hour, 30 minutes? Has anyone noticed the kick-in affect (increase in strength)if any after taking MAG 10?

Our macronutrient breakdown is almost the same. As long as you have enough calories you should have enough carbs with those percentages. Your meal combinations look solid though. I wouldn’t make any changes. That’s a good reason to wait, then you can do this thing right. I think these people who started midweek were a little too eager to try it, but if they had everything ready, all the power to them. For me though, I like to have everything down to a point before I start because once I start its twelve weeks till the transformation is over. I hope I can gain 7-10 pounds each of the three Mag phases."2 on 2 off "three straight times. Are you eating the amount of calories the Massive Eating article recommends? If you are then you should be set with a kickass program Bro. I’ll keep you posted next week as to what’s going on.

How many grams of protein is everybody planning to take in while on MAG-10? 1.5, 2.0, or more? Also how many grams of carbs does everyone plan on taking in. As for the syringe, just go to a pharmacy and ask for a syringe that’s in ml. I got one the other day for free at the Wal-Mart pharmacy and it’s in ml and tsp.

Nice. I might wind up just swapping some protein for carbs at some meals early in the day so that it’s more of a 40/40/20 ratio. Sounds like you and I are in the same boat, although your intake might be a little higher than mine. I’ve got my diet planned out in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. If you have yours typed out, we ought to exchange diets via email to offer each other suggestions. It might be good to see what other people are doing in regards to Massive Eating principles. By the way, anyone else a little hesitant about the portions of the split that have deadlifts the day after back, and back and shoulders the day after chest and arms? I know these are “no-no’s” under normal circumstances, but will it be okay during a Mag-10 cycle? Anyone done this portion of GS Stage 2 yet?
