I was wondering if there are any diet recommendations for someone who wanted to go on a complete cycle of Mag-10, without gaining weight. The only goal here would be to increase my overall strength/endurance , but due to sprot specific reasons to maintain my current wieght. If anyone over at biotest can help me out I’d appreciate it.
JDawg, yes, you could use Mag-10 to reduce fat and increase LBM, but 4-AD-EC would be a better use of your money (cheaper), and it can be used for longer periods of time continuously (8 weeks).
Whichever prohormone you choose, I’d look at P/C multiples of 1.5g/1.5g, maybe 2g/2g (if you have a fast metabolism and need a lot of carbs). “Multiples” in this case means “times LBM.”
Anyone else care to share what ratios/multiples worked for them on a cutting cycle while on a PH?
Personally, if you’re looking to use Mag 10 to your advantage without gaining weight, I’d say calorie restriction along with a sound program focusing on strength and explosive power.
Perhaps something like the T-Dawg 2.0 along with Meltdown II?
