MAG 10..Major Pump!

JESUS!

Just had my first proper work out well on MAG 10 (Second day in)…BLOODY HELL! It has got to be one of the best workouts i think i have ever had.

Chest blew up like a ballon, arms like Bowling balls…and my abs…well…say no more :slight_smile:

My veins on my arms just stuck out like tree trunks…this stuff is awsome!

I have never felt this good after a work out for ages! Feel as though i could quit work and just be in the Gym all day (but then i couldnt afford the damn stuff…Bah! :slight_smile: )

As far as weight goes...No increase there though..still at 170lb with 10%BF, but as i said, is only 2nd day into it.

One thing i am finding hard though is the Food Intake… Am trying to eat every 2-3 hours, and i have suceeded yesterday and today…but it`s hard. Think i only just reached 3000Kcal Yesterday, and today i am only on about 2500Kcal so far (about 150-170g protien each day) I need to get more in me i know…but any more food, and i think i will be sick :slight_smile:

Anyone got any reccomendations as to High Cal/High Protien foods that arnt too filling, so i can up my totals ?

Anyway…This stuff is awsome, and i will have some piccies avalible soon, week by week of my gains.

Should also have some MyoStat turning up tommorrow to aid me along…which should be nice. Do i need to up Calorie/protien intake even more when stacking it with the Mag 10? Or still try aim for the 4000/5000Kcal mark and 200/300g protien a day ?

If you want to make the product worth the money, you really need to be eating 2g of protein per lb of LBM for bulking purposes.
