And so on… for, to start with 12 weeks. I also Take 20g of Creatine a day and high vitamin supplement

Can anyone please tell me how much I need to be eating with Regards to Kcal/Protien and Carbs ? and maybee even some example Daily Meals ?

I will be Training 1 day on 1 day off…maybe 2 days in a row some time.

Currently i am 6ft 3" tall and weight 12 Stone

Any Comments or suggestions on this cycle/nutrition would be excellent

Many Thanks

Okay just my 2 cents here, but rule #1 of starting a new regimen and/or supplement cycle should be "Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.…I think Ian King said that, or it was quoted in one of his books…anyways,
I think that in the future, you should maybe REALLY plan out your diet, etc BEFORE starting the cycle, in order to maximize it’s efficiency…(again just my 2 cents).

Now then, to try and answer, check out the great stuff posted at the bottom of each t-mag issue “Mag-10 Plan For Success”…you can’t really miss it, and it contains loads of real usefull info.

Also search these forums for helpfull diet tips…

And/or check out the “Get Big” (or was it “The Grow Project”??) by the t-mag staff. It’s got
some excellent tips/suggestions for including mag-10 in your training.

good luck!

While on MAG-10, eat 2g protein, 3g carb, and .5g fat (EFAs primarily) per lb of lean body mass.

On off weeks, change it to 1.5g pro, 2g carb and 1g fat per lb of lean body mass.

For meal plans, read through Massive Eating and Berardi's last 2 articles as these profile the best foods to eat.

Thanks for your Input Guys

I read through all the articals that you suggested.

Cant remember the title of the artical, but a very good one, which tells you how to work out your Cal intake per day. For me, this came to 4004 calories a day.

Should i be addind, say, 1000 extra calories to this well on the Mag-10 Cycle. Or just keep it to the 4000.

Thanks again for your help

(P.S) Does anyone know if this forum is, or is planning to be Newsgroup compatible (I.e the newsgroups on Outlook/Outlook Express)

Paul- I’ve never known & always wondered what a stone converts to in pounds. How would your 12 stone convert?
(I’m still trying to get used to kilograms!!)
Thanks & good luck with your cycle.

There are 14Lb in a Stone, Making me 168Lb`s

Also, for furutre referance, there is about 6.3 Kgs to a stone..again, making me 76Kgs

Cheers

Paul G

Yes, I think adding 1000 calories while on MAG-10 is a good idea.
