just started a mag-10 cycle. i’m following the workout and nutrition precriptions strictly. just a few questions though. my first training is first thing in the morning. for these first two days i’ve taken a serving of MAG upon waking shorltly followed~5minutes) by my pre workout shake. i take 3/4 seving nlarge prolab p39/c67/f3 and a cup o grape juice or 1/4 cup raisins.my post is same as pre minus extra sugars. o.k my question is: will taking the MAG right before the meal disrupt or prevent ideal absorption and should I just swallow the serving or let it sit under my tongue for a minute before swallowing? you can critique me on pre/post meals as well.
