when taking mag 10 , do you just swallow it or hold it in your mouth for a minute and then swallow? i have a bottle but im confused on how to use it

I followed label directions, but Bill Roberts has said that holding it under the tongue in unecessary, so you can just swallow the stuff. I would take MAG-10 and then follow up with food because it kind of feels like a burn down the esophagus. Nothing major, but if you eat after you take it, you won’t notice anything.
