MAG-10: gains vs dosage

1 dose/day split up into AM and PM. Day 8. Up from 193.5 lbs. to 202.5 lbs. Pumps are finally starting to take notice in last two workouts. Arms up 1/2 inch and calves up 1/4 inch. Started at a low bodyweight for me so I expected to gain back quickly and reach 210 lbs. Eating 7 meals/day for only 500 above maintenance or so. Not eating as much as I wanted to but gains seem good enough for how much I am eating. Will post final results on Day 15.

I have been using 2 caps twice a day.  I have gained 4 lbs. lean mass in one week.  Training two body parts once daily and using Berardi's massive eating.  I am 37, been training for 4 years and am 6-2, 221.

I am now on day number 8. i am up 9lbs. from 204 to 213. i frontloaded two doses split up on day one. since then, i have been using one dose (9ml) split up into two. one in the morning, and one at night. strength is up a bit also. i took a bodyfat measurement when i started, i will take another after day 14. i am staying “on” for 6 wks. so i will be sure to keep reporting my gains for anybody interested in going straight through. i increased cal’s 1000 over maintenance. i am now eating 450g’s of carbs a day, and getting about 1.75g’s of protein per lb. bodyweight. MAG-10 gets an A++ so far!!

At four days into Growth Surge 3, after spending a total of 12 days in Growth Surge 2, my stats are as follows: day1: 174.5# @ 11.9% bf, day 4 of GS3: 185# @ 13.2% bf. After taking two one-cap doses for 2 days, I took 1 5ml (1 tsp) Mag-10 hit, twice a day, for 10 days. I’m still pissed off that my gains stopped after the fifth day on Mag-10. At greater than 5000 cals/day, were all my gains from food? I tend to think not, but I still must discover why they stopped. Next time I’ll try to go the full 14 days, with a slightly modified routine and, probably, diet. Now, will I keep the gains? Time to try.

Yesterday was day 8 on Mag-10 with the one dose a day. Now I’m up to 175. Again, my starting weight was 166 after dropping 4 few pounds on Growth Surge stage one. I’m extremely pleased with the results. I was going to do a two a day dose in this second week, but there is not much point since once a day is working so well for me. I am feeling a little overtrained right now (and have a sore throat), so I’ll take an extra day or two break and do the last 3 workout days after that.
