It’s not! Trust me! It may sound cool but you want to pass out all of the time!
We know this all too well lol.
2/18/16 - AMAZING log pressing. Felt kinda tense all week about what I’d be doing for my pressing. I realized it was because I was so pissed about bombing with my attempt at 300 for 3 (only got 2.) Made up for it though big time.
Log (out of rack)
110x5 feeling really unstable and sleepy?
200x1 big jump out of frustration
250x1 held my breath all the way, felt weightless
300x4 PR. Turned the day around good with this one. Got very excited over this No video since I expected to bomb and be depressed about it lol.
Floor Press
135x10
185x8
225x21 great pump from this, if nothing else.
Z Press (might add these back in)
45x8
135x3
185x5
205x1
235x1 PR, but the lockout wasn’t held since my tri stability went to shit at this point in the workout. Definitely have some more in me fresh. lil 10lb PR.

Ridiculous. That is a serious PR brother
Crazy pressing dude. Great work.
Thanks a lot guys. My log has definitely gotten way better this past year.
2/20/16 - Again, one of those workouts where I felt a lot of anxiety coming into it. I kept thinking, man what is next in line to bang out for a triple on squats? Realized I only got 2 about a year ago and it was HEAVY. Today, my mind won the battle.
Back Squat (more high bar these days, but still a mix of the both I guess)
45x8,5
135x3
225x3
belt on
315x1
365x1
405x1 felt very easy
455x1 right quad felt very stressed after this single for some reason. I think I’m learning to drive more with both legs from a lot of single leg work but also just mental cues. Needs to get used to a bigger work load perhaps.
500x3 PR, smoked all of these. Would say I had a 4th rep in me for sure, but it’s not certain unless I actually hit it. No excuses, I held back out of fear. It happens.
So the walk out this time felt superb. It felt light as fuck on my back, even moreso than 455.

I made a big mistake eating pizza after my corrective squats thinking I was done. I forgot I left the workout unfinished and had to do circuit shit. Oh man this sucked!
Javorek Barbell Complex: 135lbs, complete 7 of hang clean, overhead press, back squat, and bent over row with no rest until you get to 0. 15 seconds rest between each completion of a set. Hard, felt the pizza baby in my belly making it hard to breath. Feel pretty stupid.
2/22/16 - Okay, posting on another random account which is no surprise. Can’t even remember what my dummy account info was, as I made the mistake of logging out of it and trying to get back into my original account. Anyway, deadlifts today were heavy and angry and frustrating.
Also I’m definitely weighing significantly less than I did this time last year. Have been feeling lighter and I’ll see soon just what the scale says.

585x1 hook grip
585x2 hook grip
585x2 hook grip, but really nasty pulls, strong overall but my left thumb is bleeding under the nail pretty badly.
585x2 straps for these. horrendous last pull, first time in a while i felt my thoracic spine give out under a weight.
Overall good shit to have hit this weight for so many reps. Did not feel very good but I should remember I just squatted heavy before this.
Circuit: 5 rounds, no rest at all until finished.

My right shoulder has been twingy and I think it’s from doing front raises with too much TuT. Need to take a break from it. Good day otherwise.
Been bad about logging lately. Had a blunder doing deload squats and ended up almost breaking my left arm and subsequently bending the shit out of one side of my bar. It’s still useful for the three powerlifts but that’s about it.
2/26/16 - Accidentally deloaded a week early but that’s fine, can use two extra weeks on light squats.

Have been keeping up with cardio at night every other day. Mostly walking with light jogging and sprint intervals once a week.
