Lunchables?

Sort of pressed for time so I figured I’d snag the old school Deluxe lunchable - the one with cheese, crackers and the good ol’ dijon mustard.

Do you think these are okay for bulking?

Calories : 360

Fat: 18g
Sat Fat: 9g
Trans Fat: 1g

Sodium: 1630g

Carbs: 27g
Sugars: 9g

Protein 21g

Honestly? No its shit, but if thats all you could get at that one time dont sweat it I just wouldnt make it a habit. Go for real food plan a bit better.

I hope you will be eating like 5 or 6 of those, 1 seems to be a little lacking in the calories.

No kidding. Two pop tarts have more calories than that. No wonder the same kids eating that crap are hungry and eating Zingers and Ding Dongs 10 minutes later.

Yeah, those sugars, white crackers, and processed meat will do wonders to bulk the old belly.

Like mentioned, just don’t make a habit of it.

I won’t I was just strapped for time as I said. So tossing two pop tarts in a crunch would be better than that lunchable…pop tarts = 400 calories(for two) …thats 360

I need to make some more tubs of cottage cheese and avacado mixed together for on the goes.
