I am trying to design a bulking meal plan that I can stick to that doesn’t start to taste like crap after a couple days.
I do not really care about the quantity of the calorie intake as long as I am eating 5-6 meals a day and stuff after every single one.
I am limited on a lot of foods because I can not have cheese or milk products.
I have come up with about 4 good meals so far, and I would like to try to get at least 10-12 meals so I can keep some variety.
If you can think of any, please post.
Here are the ones I have so far.
Meal 1:
Breakfast omelet
Butter
1 clove garlic
4 whole eggs
5 egg whites
6 oz turkey sausage saut?ed
1 Roma tomato
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped yam or sweet potato
ketchup
Salsa
Large cup Orange Juice
fish/flax oil
Meal 2:
8 oz turkey and roast beef wrap
1/2-1 can Pringles
1/2 cup broccoli
Candy (for extra calories)
Gatorade
fish/flax oil
Meal 3:
One or two Sloppy Joes on whole wheat buns w/ spinach and mayo
1/2-1 can Pringles
1/2 cup broccoli
Candy
Fish/flax oil
Gatorade
Meal 4(PWO meal):
5 Meat balls with marinara sauce with 10 oz sweet potatoe mashed
1/2 cup broccoli
fish/flax oil

Chuck the Gatorade and OJ. All those are, are simple sugars. Try whole fruit in the morning with water or if you really want juice opt for some Florida’s natural grapefruit juice. It’s not from concentrate and there is only one thing in it, 100% juice.
You have too many simple sugars in the current plan, you’ll bulk all right but you’ll have an impressive bulk belly.
If you are lactose intolerant, they make a 24-hour pill that?s very cheap that you might want to look into. I just take it every morning and I’m good to go all day.
you dont need milk or chesse in a bulk anyway. just eat anything if you dont care about what its made of. eat pasta all the time with chicken. eat hamburgers. i don’t get why you can only think of a couple meals if you don’t care about what you eat.

Well, I am trying to find meals that are convenient (so I can bring them with me), and meals that are easy to make.
i like pb with banana and milk in blender, obviously this is no good for u, u cud try it with water instead or just go for the above.
ditto pasta, wholegrain is better, also bread and rice (wholegrain and brown).
drink olive oil, or add it very liberally to all foods. as far as recipes go, just have a go and learn, ull find out what u like and what works for u quite quickly
