What are some good Dbell excersises for the lower body? I already do: DB squats, Stepups, Lunges,One leg RDLs. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
one legged squats. i’ve incorporated after reading the ws for skinny bastards and its a great change of pace. i was suprised by my lack of balance.
