Last course i was pinning in my glutes, I was getting really intense lower back pain, I was using Sus, prob has alot to do with it.
I have had 3 months off now and feeling great, just about to start my new Test E cycle, 500 mg p/w pinning twice a week Tues,Fri, 10 weeks, Maybe stana stack first 5 weeks, if in stock. Nova on hand if I need it, clomid 2 weeks after last pin.
Has any one had this lower back pain with Test E, or should I just start pinning else were?

I’m confused. You don’t have back pain from test E yet, so what are you asking?
BTW, I suggest that your back pain (LBP) from your sust cycle was either:
Chemical irritation referring pain to the back.
Chemical irritation inhibiting the glutes causing pelvic instability and true mechanical LBP.
I suspect the latter, based upon my own experiences.

Yep sorry Bushy I should of put my self a bit more clearer, just want to know if any one has had this (LBP) with test E, if so how to avoid it, because its a really uncomfortable pain to have while on a course.
I got the same thing, albeit it just worsened my pre-existing back pain. My thoughts were that the testosterone was inhibiting collagen synthesis.
It may also be increasing the muscle tonus of the muscles that stabilize the lower back i.e. hip flexors, piriformus, etc… there by causing the back to absorb the majority of the stress as opposed to the surrounding joints.
Same thing happened to me - I just use the quads and the ventrogluteal, and every once in a while the delts. After about a month, I was able to find the “sweet spot” on my vg, and - since I don’t have to pin every day, I use that spot 60% of the time with zero pain/negative reaction.
I have nothing informative to contribute to jposatives LBP… Just wanted to say that I would give my left nut for one hour with the chick in LayinLo’s avatar! lol -end hyjack-
what else were u running with the test enan or were u just running it alone?? maybe increased nitrogen levels and lower back pain is caused by the pump? Ive had this problem before, more so with d bol though even though I was running cyp at same time…
were u finding the pain consistant or more so on back and compound exercises? let us know, Ben

It was a d-bol, Deca, sus course, it just got bad when I didn’t stretch my back and hammys enough I felt, if I got on the floor and had a good stretch, I would walk away feeling really good, thanks for info.
Delts can’t take that much, does not sound like the one for me, Quads (front and side) some times gives me a F$@K n dead leg, glutes are pain free, just a pain in the arse to spin your body around on its self to get the pin in.

yeah mate stretching is essential mate , u get a lot of metabolic waste out ur system n helps the muscles recover a lot better, d bol is prob the fact ur gtn these lower back pains or prob more so pumps, ur nitrogen leves are increased mate, another thing is if u train back an hams then this wil tighten up ur muscle anyway baring in mind ur back and glutes hams etc are all connected to one another (insertions etc) so member to stretch bud, hanging from a bar is a good one and also kneeling leanign forward imo, hope this may have been of help to you as helped me
jp didn’t catch this realier when I posted but was your soreness just during the pinning process itself. Like when you rotated around? If so then yes its not uncommon for the backside to get tight during the pinning process itself.

Thanks guys, yeah the pinning was fine, I felt it more just after having a big long day, i.e. working, training, socializing with mates, but like the man said stretching helps so much, get on the floor lower back and hammys, it would feel great, thanks.
