Basically, this has been a reoccuring nag. It came out of nowhere yesterday in my BB row warmup. I woke up this morning and it hurt to sit up. I don’t want my progress to be wiped out so I am taking some time off before it gets worse if I keep training. How long will it take for me to lose my gains? I am seeing my physiotherapist on Wednesday. I have worked very hard to get to where I am , really don’t want it to stop me training for a long time. I have made a lot of progress on all my compounds since I asked for training advice here 3 months ago.
Anyone been in a similar sort of situation? Usually I take a few day off and it goes away, but this time it has come back again and I am worried now.
