whatsup guys. iv done some research(at least tried) but couldnt find much pertaining to this topic. how the hell can i get rid of my love handles?? i mean there not to big but just an annoyance. any certain workout that will get rid of them besides running? any help would be greatly appreciated
Just lose bodyfat. Tons of articles on this site cover fatloss. They tend to be one of the last things to go, though, so if you really want gone, you’ll have to get pretty lean.
Your thinking of possibly targeting those love handles like spot fat reduction on the body, which is impossible. You have to lose fat, period, in order to lose those love handles. I’m actually very glad that the human body works that way where you lose fat all over when you start dropping it rather than having to deal with spot reduction. What a hassle that would be.

LOL! This is a really good point. I never thought about it this way.
I got down to 11% a few years back with the hydrostatic method i still had visible but smaller love handles and that pesky inter ab muscle fat. Just keep pluggin away,id figure 8% if achievable and they will be gone.
Want to rid youself of those love handle? lifting and interval training for you sir or madame! Unless you’re low carbing it of course, then just stick to lifting and low intensity cardio I suppose.

You could always try weighted side bends, it wont reduce the size of your love handles but can make them look more muscular and less fat. but once again, overall fat loss is the best way to get them to show.

i agree… you cant spot reduce; though some claim you can; i dont think you can; you just have to lose weight…but dont go by the handles as ever since i was teenager (and in really good shape back then), i still had a beer belly… if i lost that beer belly completely, i suspicion i would be 6 feet under…
