I only have my right thumb and my whole left hand. How can I build muscle mass with resistance tubes.
Any reason you are asking how to use tubes? I think you are just as capable of using weights as what you would be doing with tubes.

Not everything in the articles will apply to your situation, but there are some good ideas and things you can use, especially in the “Three Work-Arounds” article.
I would take a look at lifting wraps or hauling hooks for your right hand and see if you would like the idea of using them, you can do many things with cables and even free weights you just have to be creative, if you have hauling hooks you can do walking dumbbell lunges, lat pull downs, rows and shoulder raises, with cables you can do chest and arm stuff.
Out of curiosity, how did you lose your fingers?
