Injured My Hand, What Exercises Can I Do?

I’ve fractured my left thumb this morning after a gruesome ice skating fall, and I now have it casted to just below my elbow joint. My left hand is almost completely unusable, except for my 4 remaining fingers which I can use to type with as you may have figurered out already, but that’s basically all I can do.

I just started my third 531 cycle, but I can just throw that out the window now.
I just do the major compund lifts.

I’m going to the gym tomorrow no matter what, so I was thinking about maybe doing some front squats like this:

and then throw in some crunches or something. I really have no clue.

Any tips? Anyone experienced something like this?

This is somthing I`ve delt with in the past. The big stipid fabric hoops, that most gyms have for doing abs, are the key to doing as much as you can for your upper body, obviously pulldowns with the hoops on your elbows, ands pushdowns with your wrists in the hoops, but get creative, and you can pretty much do a decent workout-pumpnig wise-with cables, and these hoops, chest, back, shoulders, bis, tris.

Thats what I found, it`s hard to use free weights for upper body, but like Wendler says, use this time to kick the shit out of your lower body. 2cents
