aha criticism taken well.But this is just the program I’ve been using to pack on a couple pounds.

I take off completely for a week every eight weeks or before a meet, whichever comes first, to let my body recover. It helps tremendously. Also, find a good chiropractor if you don’t already have one. At my age proper rehab between training sessions is essential for continued progress.
