Losing Fat Massively

hi all,
ok heres the plan, i have 2, two weeks to lose as much fat as possible.
I am determined to do whatever needs to be done and eat whatever i need…to lose the most pounds possible.
I did this already once for 6 weeks and was able to lose 20, but this time i only have 2 weeks, so pplease tell me what i should do!
HELP!!!

Well…that’s a tough one, but it’s early in the day and you’ve got plenty of time for other, wiser people to chime in, so there’s no harm in me taking a swing. So I’m gonna throw this out on the stoop and see if the cat licks it up:

PLAN “A”
Step One: Invent a Time Machine.
Step Two: Set the dials to “February 27, 2005”
Step Three: Use the three-month span to diet sensibly.

Advantage: The beauty of Plan “A” is that there is NO hurry! You can invent the Time Machine at any point in your personal future, come back, visit yourself at the time you are reading my post, and invite yourself aboard and proceed with “Step One” above.
Disadvantage: Requires much background in science, engineering, and quantum physics; relies on technologies not yet invented.

(But just in case it workes/worked/is working, I think you should very quickly look over your shoulder riiiiight…NOW! Anything?)

Plan “B”
Step One: Click on the “Chris Shugart Web Log” in the left-hand column.
Step Two: Find the blog entries for the “Velocity Diet” in the January/February 2005 time frame.
Step Three: Read and follow to the letter what he outlines there. You might lose 10-15 pounds in 2 weeks without harming yourself.

Advantage: Doesn’t require the Time Machine.
Disadvantage: Not nearly as cool as being able to say “Hey! I invented a Time Machine! Yay me!”

Good luck!

Okay, now to be serious: just last night I learned that in the first weekend in June I’ll be in a situation where it would be really cool if I could display a six-pack. At this point, I probably need to lose 3-5 pounds to be able to do that. So I’m suddenly throwing myself into a modified Velocity Diet myself as of this morning, with carbs coming only from Surge and 1-2 Grow! bars in the first part of the day. Not the same as needing to lose massive amounts, but I’m in that anxiety mode that you’re in right now, because dammit, tomorrow’s my birthday and it’s Memorial Day Weekend with cookouts every day for the next three days and will I REALLY be able to resist my wife’s potato salad?

Well I have a time machine… but no you cannot borrow it. So what you can do is just eat stuff that comes directly from trees, nothing processed. For protein only fish and chicken. Eat 5 times a day to keep your metabolism going all day long, and run forest run!

Fast for two weeks. I’ve done it and I lost 25lbs. After 3 days your body goes into ketosis so most of the weight lost is fat. Distilled water only. Ease back into eating utilizing fruits and veggies.

Or buy some DNP and sweat your ass off for two weeks, but don’t overdo it or you die…seriously.

I don’t really understand these posts that say, “I need to lose absolutely as much fat as possible in X amount of time…” Why? That said, the Velocity Diet is probably your best bet.

what about practicing?

thank for the input

Well if you wan’t to lose FAT (not weight) very quickly, I suggest the following:

On week one, follow Chris’ Velocity Diet… that will first help shed water and also help you lose a few pounds.

Then, for the last week, find an article that reads “7 Days to Ultimate Leanness”… it’s tough, so be prepared to suffer. But you said you will do anything right?

The more muscle you retain, the faster the fat will come off.

The amount of fat you will lose also depends on your BF% now… the higher it is, the higher the rate of fat loss.

Finally, if you are looking to lose 20 pounds of fat in 2 weeks, forget it.

Hope this helps

What do you mean? Practicing what? What’s this in reference to?

is there a reason?

I would say with weight loss that quick, you can focus on getting rid of lots of water…lots of sweating and all. Suana’s are good. Treadmills are good. I’ve seen people lose 15 pounds in two days just doing that.

This post is silly. Unless you get lipo you are not going to be able to safely drop more than 10 pounds in two weeks.

Tshaw gave the best advice. Follow plan B.

Having a good body is a life long commitment. Its not like cramming for finals.
