I’m currentley 22 and 5’9" around 150lb with 15% body fat. All through High School and College I was a distance runner and have just recentley figured out that girls really like the more muscular look. I’m looking for a program that would produce the best gains in mass.
My diet is already in check with the proper ratios of protein, fats, and carbs and yes I am getting enough protein. I’ve been on a Men’s Health Dumbbell routine for about a month now and don’t feel that it pushes me enough as its only 8-12 reps of each exercise 3x a week. What do you guys recomend as the best routine to gain mass???
