Looking For a Good Mass Program

I’m looking for some insight as to what program I should start next. I’ve basically been doing my own stuff for the 7 months since the end of track season for me. I’m in college now and for the first time in my life I’m looking to train for appearance. I’ve got a good base in olympic lifting. I’m 6’2" 185 right now, probably around 7% bodyfat, and I’m looking to put on a good deal of LBM. For the last 7 months I’ve been basically following CT’s principles for easy hard gainers, however my training frequency has been low to say the least.

I’d like to hear some insights on what programs everyone would recommend. I fit the profile of an easy-hard gainer very well.

Did you check out the Waterbury Method?

I have a simular build to you. 6’2" 175lbs, only been lifting about 3 months now. Just started the Waterbury Method.

Anything by Waterbury could be used, personally ABBH I or II would be one of my best recommendations, but the Waterbury 10x3 method is just as good if you want a little more than just looks.
