peptide sciences is good, so is amino asylum. Those are my go-to places… far cheaper.
Get BAC water with it to reconstitute if you don’t already have some.

I started it, seeing how things go.
Started this week with a lot more fiber including fresh veggies/fruits. Posting my grocery haul here. Supplements are .5ML weekly of Vitamin D and BPC-157 (today is day 2).
For reference, the packaged butcher/deli wrapped item is haddock. White fish is pretty easy for me to digest and does not upset my stomach too much. The BPC may be working but it’s too soon to tell. Giving my body a chance to acclimate to it. The additional fiber may be helping as well.
That is a beautiful grocery haul!
Also, can we talk about that floofers? Corgis have some spunk!
He is the highlight of my life.
Just an update for those of you who are stopping by and those who have been offering their support as I heal my gut, heal from heartbreak and get a little bit stronger out here! I ended up doing 21 days worth of BPC-157 capsules (actual prescription from a compounding pharmacy Rx by my doctor). Not to jinx myself but my gastritis flare-up was finally somewhat under control thanks to BPC-157. I have been sticking to my meal plan and still using RP Diet. The chicken and lean beef has been very mildly seasoned and obviously not with anything spicy while my gut heals. I can finally consume coffee again and for some reason (canned energy drinks are okay) pre-workout powders still mess me up a little. Someone had referenced this on the thread but when I do experience gastritis or acid reflux symptoms - they often are short periods of time and even resolve on their own without me having to juggle acid blockers and other over-the-counter solutions. I hope this message reaches someone that may be struggling with similar issues because I can attest how awful it can be especially when you start to lose precious gains due to appetite issues/nausea. I am also introducing food with a little kick to it as well- for the most part I am okay.
As for the heartbreak, still sorting through some personal affairs but starting to put myself out there in the dating world a bit more. I’m taking things slow and focusing on myself still.
For training, myself and my training partner who is also somewhere on this thread @striper405 we are doing the Legacy Olympia Prep program from CBUM. It’s a nice variation and to be completely honest, I could not stomach doing PUSH, PULL, LEGS anymore. This change in my training was what I needed to re-light my enthusiasm for training.
Still taking Vitamin D3 injections 5MG weekly intramuscular along with some creatine. I have started probiotics again- BIO K+. If you purchase them, I highly recommend you purchase the Vegan option as the Dairy was actually causing me have heartburn, stomach discomfort and other options. I had purchased the dairy one by mistake, I had been intermittently taking the Vegan one. You can find this Probiotic in the refrigerated section at Whole Foods. Nothing else really added for now. I am probably going to start taking 1st Phorm GI Advantage supplement as I read great reviews from other lifters.
