Looking To Change and Grow

Okay… since i first posted this thread i have added deadlifts (These must have been created by the archangel Michael or something because they have to be the worlds most perfect exercise), eating more, and eating cleaner, and lifting almost everyday… i also upped the weights.

I am getting an overall fitness test here soon, bf% (i will not include a picture with a shoe… sorry thats not my thing), VO2, blah blah blah… i will post the results once i have them.

For good measure keep a food log for a day or two and post it here. It can be hard sometimes to judge what is “a lot”, especially when you are eating cleaner than you are used to.
