Looking for expert advice

I was doing push-press over the weekend and my spotter wasnt paying attention when i lost my balance and fell over. Breaking my hand. So now im gonna be doing lots of squats. I talked to my friend and he suggested doing this:

Squats

Mon 415 Wed 10-8-6-4-2 Fri 55
week 2 same but add weight
week 3 mon 55 wed 53 fri 5*3
hows this look, im going for big strength increases in squat
