Full Body Strength Program

Hey,

I’m looking into starting a 3 day a week full body workout routine with strength in mind.

I’ve been lifting for about a year consistently and currently I am doing a push-pull-leg routine but have been finding it difficult with new life responsibilities to fit it in time wise.

My new full body plan I want to start looks as follows

Day 1
Squat 5x3 – 6th set drop set 90 sec + rest
Bench 5x3 – 6th set drop set 90 sec + rest
Bent over Barbell row 5x5 90 sec rest
Barbell shrug 3x8 1 Min rest
Skull crusher 3x8-10 1 Min rest
Barbell curl 3x810 1 Min rest

Day 2
Deadlift 5x3 – 6th set drop set 90 sec + rest
Military press 5x3 - 6th set drop set 90 sec + rest
Incline bench 3x6-8 1 Min rest
Pull up 3 x 10 1 Min rest
Calf raise 3x 10 30 sec rest
Hanging leg raise 5x10 30 sec rest

Day 3
Front squat 5x3 – 6th set drop set 90 sec + rest
RDL 3x8-10 1 Min rest
Close grip bench 3x 6-8 1 min rest
Dip 3x10 1 min rest
Incline curl 3x 8-10 30 sec rest
Seated Lateral raise 3x10 30 sec rest

I was wondering if anyone could give me any feedback or suggestions on the plan ?
