Looking for a Simple Meal Plan

First off I am a beginner in weight training. I just have some questions. I have horrible nutrition and that needs to be changed. I am looking for a meal plan I can use throughout the day that is pretty simple to follow.
Right now I eat crap, the usual. Burgers, pizza pops, milk, pop, chips. I also drink. I want to change this and up my metabilism.

I’m also looking for a complete work out plan as well. And how much cardio should I do?

As you can see in the picture I don’t have much muscle mass, if any. I have the start of some love handles and want to improve.

6’3
205lbs
16% body fat
14 inch arms
24 inch thighs
16 inch calves
36 inch waist

Basically I’m looking for a meal plan that is very specific. I am a very literal person and saying “eat protein with every meal” doesn’t really help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the picture, its the only one I have at the moment.

hmm im am not too good with that but did you check out the “Must Reads for Beginners” it has a really really good article on nutrition

Yes I did read it. And it doesnt give exact specifics.
All I really find is more of the same. Eat 5-8 small meals a day. Make sure you have protein with each meal. And some fruit and veggies.

I want to know exactly. For example
2 eggs and a half banana
Steak for dinner with

Also a quick and easy workout plan. How much cardio should I do?
I have been working out for about a year straight now and have seen, no results. Its really demoralizing

We can’t do all the work for you. It sounds like you are making it a little too hard. What are your goals anyway?

If your looking for that much of a specific plan, why not go into the clinic section here and find the guy that most closely matches you. Follow his plan and diet.

You beat me to it. Go and check USCTrojan’s. He puts an incredible amount of detail into explaining his diet ie amounts and timing, hell, he even gives you costs lately…
