Looking For A New Program

Not at all, the “best damn workout” is horrible.

How long did you run it? What issues did you encounter?

I ran it for 3 months, the main issue is the absolute lack of volume. I jumped into nSuns which is high volume and my lifts and size improved a lot.

define alot…

My lifts when I finished the best damn were about:

Squat: 225
Bench: 180
Deadlift: 250

Two weeks after starting nsuns 6 day squat

Squat: 255
Bench: 225
Bench: 310

For me that is a lot, and I didnt weight myself but I know my body and I also know that I changed a lot phisically.

Dead 310**

You will forgive me, but at your experience level I do not feel you are in a position to call any program the worse ever.

You are being rude. There is no need for that.

I am sorry that you feel that way.

No problem

Didn’t you mention you were ‘thinking’ about that 6day squat program a few hours ago? That the only good PL coach in Argentina recommended you do something else?

https://t-nation.com/t/powerlifting-coach/239198

Now you say you’ve been running it & it’s put 60lb on your deadlift & 45lb on your bench in 2 weeks?

It’s not just about how much you lift but how much experience you have. You haven’t been lifting for long, you can’t possibly know much. If you claim to have made that much progress in two weeks then the program you were doing before this one must have had something to do with it. Did you actually test your maxes or are those numbers estimates?

Take a look at his other thread.

How about not feeding the trolls? Much less in my topic guys

Sorry, I didn’t realize it was someone else’s thread, it was linked from his online suicide note. I think he took some bad drugs last night.

No worries chris

It’s that jawline of yours. Pisses people off.

This. I ran that program and gained about 6 pounds while losing an inch on my waist. Superset the assistance with the main work and make sure to eat a ton. That program is very hard work, but it WILL bring results if you recover properly.
