yeah for the 2011 goals and skating after all that squating must have been brutal you little masochist…

May 2011 bring you many PR and reasons to vid your squats. Amen

The last row vid? As easy as you made that look, it also shows how you managed to survive in prison.

Seriously, good numbers & pulls across the board.

2011 will be the year of Git and his camera. Seeing as how you made excuses all throughout most of last year on why you couldn’t post vids!

Thanks print. About prison…I don’t recommend it. Um, so I’ve heard.

You thinkin’ 'bout doing a log in 2011?

Deads cycle 7, week 3

How close was the 445?

Not very, lol. Couple inches off the floor. I think my shoulders were too far forward over the bar. But even with perfect setup I don’t think it was going up.

Nice PR! You are very bold with your incremental weight increases. Me, well I make great use of the 2.5 lb. plates.

Ya know, that was my original plan. Go to 435. But my enthusiasm got the best of me. You are wise.

Hmmmm giving it some thought. As long as we don’t compare size… I mean numbers.

I’m still experimenting. Up on my toes feels less stable so I’m generally flat with feet angled at about 45 degrees.

What about you?

What’s your PR on bench?

Haven’t heard The Verve for ages.

That is a good arch you’ve got going on. Why are you hating on your tris?

Bah leg drive is overrated.

I did 235 last month at the commercial gym. But, I suspect that the plates were a pound or two lighter so it probably wasn’t a true 235.

Good ear
Same with me. I haven’t listened to that record for the longest time. I forgot how much I loved it.
