Look Strong, Be Strong

Good squatting! But Kimba is right, there is nothing worse than getting rat fucked by technology.

Great squatting.

The camera excuses are getting harder and harder to believe though!!

I’m expecting you to tell us the dog ate it next.

“The stripper stole it” is a much better excuse.

That, I would believe.

“rat fucked” HAHA! I’ll have to remember that one.

Nice squatting Git! Way to break the cherry on that rack.

Also awaiting vids…

I like to call them “dancers”. Makes me feel all classy.

^That is one of if not the hottest scenes in all of movie history. Salma is sooooooo damn sexy. Gorgeous in Desperado too.

OHP day
Was cold in the shed. Looking forward to insulation and heat As I had to wear work gloves because the bars were friggin cold. Plus Machine Head on my daughter’s barbie CD player isn’t quite the same. Stereo goes in soon.

130 x 3
150 x 6 - PR…up from 145 x 5
135 x 9 - PR…previous best was 135 x 6 as a top set

Bench from pins…floor press height
135 x 3
185 x 3
205 x 3
225 x 3
245 x 2
185 x 12

Is that actually video post fail? You have to put the video file in the spot for videos not the spot for pictures…

Oh. Nice PRs too!

Try again. The file size is huge cause I’m a dumbass so it may not work.

edit: Thanks big Dog for the tip

So, you really DO lift. Nicely done!

OHP’s aren’t particularly exciting to watch (mine anyway) but it’s a start.

nice rack (a classic I know)

and thank you for endulging us in our collective video fetich.

and those are some nice PR’s too.

seems your all set for more.

I thought you were just a figment of my imagination.

But, alas, you’re real.

Hooray, a video!

Great work Git. Those were some big PR’s. More weight and extra reps at once. Be honest, I bet you tried a little bit harder because you were going to be posting it. Am I right?. I find filming myself really gives me an edge.

Your set up looks pretty similar to mine, what with all the wood, lighting and the cold. What kind of heating are you going to be putting in out of interest?

Dude you look cold as hell. Great job lifting in a challenging environment.

That must be why the ladies love you.

Outside of you looking like you just fell off the “Most deadliest catch boat” good lifts, good work.

Ya know, I think you are right about the motivation factor. Hopefully it means quicker progress.

Not sure about heating yet. I was going to do something simple and put in a couple of electric baseboards. But a friend has a portable electric, oil filled heater that works well. I just need something to take the edge off…maybe keep it at about 8-10C. The plan is to insulate first but I may just try a small heater and see what happens to my power bill.

Woo hoo!!

Between Mainy and Kimba, Joe and now you, this is seriously turning out to be one of the best interactive mornings ever!

First of all, your back is immense. Me likey!

Secondly, nice OHPs! Nice form, and the last was a bit of a grind but looked great.

You can just tell people you use a Barbie CD player because you’re THAT alpha. Lol!
